If I had to do it all over again and needed to get myself (and personal training clients) into shape ASAP... Here are the simple plans I'd use to lose fat and build muscle with just a few guidelines.

P.S. This isn’t some crash diet, “one-weird-trick”, or exhausting workout plan. This is about creating a lasting real-results fitness strategy for looking, feeling, and moving better.
